Citizens of Qatar, holders of ordinary passports, are allowed to stay on the territory of the Republic of Belarus without visa for 30 days. In case of staying in a hotel, the hotel administration automatically registers the visitor with the competent authorities (within 3 days), and in case of staying in apartments or other places, the visitor must register with the competent authorities (within 10 days).

In case of loss (or damage) of the passport, you must report about to the Belarusian police and get the transit ticket at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Minsk.
