His Excellency Mr. Homoud Saleh Al-Saadi, Chargé d'Affaires of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Belarus, participated in the activities of the 3rd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
